I like wordplay and I like baking, I won’t apologize.

These breads, babkas, and boules, are made from recipes taken from Ken Forkish; Flour, Water Salt, Yeast , NY Times Japanese Milk Bread and Chocolate Babka

Listen, I’m not going to do that thing where I thank my wonderful partner and rant about all sorts of bullshit like all those other recipe blogs and I’m not going to post the recipes or the inspiration behind these bakes. I made them and ate them, you can too. I was hungry, so they satiated that need, they did not otherwise fill any of the other voids that my life consists of.
